What is a Varvel F RD22 coaxial gearbox?

How to select your F RD22 gearbox?

To select your gearbox, you first need to choose the input flange type. To do this, you need to measure the outer diameter of your motor's flange and its shaft diameter. Below are the main IEC mounts available for this Varvel F RD22 gearbox:

IEC71B5 = Flange Ø160 mm – shaft 14x30 mm
IEC71B14 = Flange Ø105 mm – shaft 14x30 mm
IEC80B5 = Flange Ø200 mm – shaft 19x40 mm

This gearbox is supplied with an elastic coupling allowing for simple and secure mounting with the electric motor.

This gearbox is available in two mounting configurations:

• Version with mounting flange Ø140 mm, Ø160 mm or Ø200 mm

The output speed is obtained by dividing the motor speed by the chosen reduction ratio.

Gearbox mounting and output:

This gearbox is made of die-cast aluminum, which ensures robustness and lightness. The feet are integrated into the casing and are not detachable. However, it is possible to install an output flange Ø140 mm, Ø160 mm or Ø200 mm to allow for front mounting.

This model is available with an output shaft diameter of Ø25x50 mm, to adapt to different industrial configurations. It can accommodate a pulley, a sprocket or a coupling at the output depending on the application.

Gearbox delivery:

The gearbox is supplied complete with the casing, input flange, and coupling. If a configuration with an output flange is selected, it is also included in the supply.
