The Gamak 2.2 kW three-phase electric motorfeatures a new-generation IE3 Premium efficiency rating, enabling significant and lasting reductions in energy consumption while improving the overall efficiency of the installation. Operating in 2 poles, it reaches a speed of 3,000 rpm at 50 Hz, making it perfectly suited for industrial applications requiring power, regularity, and performance.

It is equipped with a keyed smooth shaft Ø24 x 50 mm, facilitating the installation of a pulley, coupling, or pinionas per application requirements.

This motor is available with five standardized mounting types: B3 (foot-mounted), B5 (flange-mounted), B14 (compact flange-mounted), as well as combined versions B34 and B35, offering great flexibility for integration on all types of machines, for new installations as well as replacements.

How to connect your 2.2 kW Gamak electric motor.

This 2.2 kW electric motor must be powered by a three-phase voltage of 230V or a three-phase voltage of 400V. For 380 / 400V three-phase supplies, the motor must be star-connected, and for 230V three-phase supplies, the motor must be delta-connected. It can rotate in both directions and can be powered by a frequency inverter if needed.

Properly protecting your 2.2 kW electric motor

This 2.2 kW electric motor must be protected by a motor circuit breaker which, in case of overload, protects the winding. When starting up your installation, we recommend checking the nominal currents of each phase of your three-phase asynchronous motor and checking the tightening of the terminal block screws and the terminals of the circuit breaker, contactor, and thermal relay. Improper tightening can create a hot spot and therefore a fault in your installation. This 2.2 kW three-phase motor does not require any particular maintenance.
